Michelle Kratzer has done just about everything at DMS except teach a main lesson. She’s co-chaired Parent Council, cared for the school’s many animals, supported countless festivals, and quietly helped families in need. She’s also the one who organizes the systems behind the scenes—from volunteer schedules to fundraising plans—and keeps things running smoothly even when they’re complex and demanding. Michelle’s superpower is getting things done with heart. She’s been part of the school for more than a decade and is one of the reasons DMS feels like home to so many.
